Construction on The Wave on Daytona Beach Shores is expected to begin in summer 2014. It should be completed by the end of 2015.
All of the condo suites at The Wave on Daytona Beach Shores are 900 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. They can be reserved now at pre-construction prices with a fully refundable $250 per fraction fee.
Fractional ownership ranges in price from $15,900 to $29,900, depending on the type of resident status chosen.
That amount entitles the owner to one week of usage per year. The higher the price, the more flexibility you get in choosing your week, which can vary each year. As you can imagine, some weeks are more desirable than others.
A voluntary rental program is available to rent owner’s unused use time to third parties. Whole ownership is also available, priced at $749,900.
The developer has offered Condo Hotel Center buyers a nice incentive. Buy three fractions and receive a fourth fraction for free.
