Luxury Living in Downtown Boca Raton

I grew up in a real estate family. My father, Sheldon Greene, was the leading hotel broker in the country for many years. I joined him in business after graduating college.
One of the properties that my dad and I worked on selling back in 1992 was the Bridge Hotel in Boca Raton, which is about 40 miles north of Miami. The Bridge had an asking price of $6.5 million. What we couldn’t believe was that we got numerous calls from prospective buyers in Boca Raton who lived in homes that cost more than the hotel!

High fashion boutiques, fine dining, endless beaches and world-class golf courses are just steps away. Tower 155 residents will have access to just about everything imaginable ranging from prestigious beach and yacht clubs to tennis centers, the Town Center Mall, Mizner Park Mall and the renowned Boca Raton Museum of Art.
According to “24/7 Wall Street online,” Boca Raton ranks #11 in “America’s 50 Best Cities to Live.”
A Quality Development Team
The developer of Tower 155 is Compson Associates, a 60-year-old company that has built over 10,000 condominiums and over $2 billion in development projects.
The architect is Vander Ploeg & Associates, Inc., which has designed over 300 retail centers as well as numerous condominiums, hotels and office buildings.
The interiors and common areas are being designed by Interiors by Steven G., which has provided luxurious interior design to many of Florida’s most prominent hotels, resorts and homes.
A Variety of Floor Plans
Construction on Tower 155 is expected to begin in December 2015. It should be completed by summer 2017. However, the condos can be reserved now with a 10% deposit.
Choose from a variety of two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,155 sq. ft. to 2,426 sq. ft., including two-story townhomes and penthouses. Prices range from $565,000 to $2,000,000.

Boca has a strict development code that keeps the city looking pristine and upscale. For example, no outdoor car dealerships are allowed. No billboards are permitted in the city. Even McDonald’s has had to subdue its golden arches because of the code.
Real estate buyers are known to pay with cash for homes costing millions. And they knock down already impressive homes to build even more impressive ones.
The communities that define Boca Raton are full of amenities and come with golf memberships costing more than most people make in a year.
