So what makes The Terraces special? With very few exceptions, most vacation properties in Orlando have 2, 3, 4 and even as many as 10 bedrooms to cater to vacationing families. And prices typically start at $300,000+.

The Terraces, however, will consist of studio units starting under $200,000 and one-bedroom units starting at $229,000. And that includes all furnishings!
