Hello. Joel Greene here from Condo Hotel Center. I’m writing this Property Alert to you from my home, which is not where I was supposed to be this week.
For months, Jackie and I had been planning an amazing vacation in Greece. It was going to include Athens and an assortment of Greek islands; places we’ve wanted to see for years. We had every detail arranged in our carefully researched itinerary.
As scheduled a few days ago, we boarded a plane from Miami to Atlanta. We were going to connect with our flight to Athens. But you know what they say about the best-laid plans. True to form, ours went awry.
After 23+ hours of flight delays that had us stuck in the Atlanta airport (weather issues, mechanical issues, over-worked crew members, etc.) and no viable options to rebook, we finally gave up and took a flight back home to Miami. Thankfully, we had trip insurance.
While we do hope to reschedule our trip sometime in the future, we’re now looking at alternatives that involve staying within the U.S. We’re ready for a resort vacation that involves little planning, minimal travel, and plenty of amenities. The condominiums come in a variety of two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 1,398 sq. ft. to 1,862 sq. ft. Pre-construction prices range from $661,900 to $817,900.

Vacation/Staycation
As I mentioned at the top, Jackie’s and my vacation to Greece was a bust. Our vacation was more of a staycation at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Delta gave us all of $60 of food and drink vouchers for our troubles. Jackie and I enjoyed a few glasses of wine before boarding our morning flight back to Miami, making the best of a bad situation.
