Sonata Beach Club, Close-out Pricing

Hello, Joel Greene here from Condo Hotel Center. Back in January, there were only six Fort Lauderdale-area condominium buildings with new inventory (as opposed to resales) on the market. Today, two of those are sold out, and of the four that remain, only a total of 50 condos are left.

If you wish to own a brand new condominium in the Fort Lauderdale area, 2011 will likely be your last year to purchase one for several years. Let me explain why.

When the South Florida real estate market crashed a few years ago, two things happened as a result.

With only 13 remaining condos, that’s an opportunity ripe for the picking.

At Sonata, prices on their unsold inventory have recently been reduced from a range of $825,000-$1,375,000 to $565,000-$855,000, which averages to about a 35% discount.
