Anyone who has ever lived in South Florida knows Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach. Opened in 1939, it is one of the most popular venues for horse racing in America. Each year from January through April the world’s top thoroughbred contenders pass through Gulfstream Park with their eye on Triple Crown glory.

Since 1939 Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach has offered thoroughbred horse racing.

Since its 2017 debut, the $9 million Gulfstream Pegasus World Cup Invitational has become known as the world’s richest thoroughbred horse race, and increasingly a winter racing season highlight.  

The location of today’s featured property just happens to be minutes from Gulfstream Park. So without going on furlong, let’s race right into the details.

Mixed-Use Development

Oasis Hallandale will be a mixed-use development spanning approximately 10 acres of land. It will have twin 25-story east and west towers with 250 residences in each tower.

The development will also encompass 95,000 square feet of frontage commercial space. It will form a multi-block district containing a variety of retail shops, restaurants and offices.

A Convenient Location

With an estimated population of nearly 40,000, Hallandale Beach, conveniently located in between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, is growing fast. It has long been known to Canadian snowbirds who enjoy wintering near its Atlantic Ocean beaches but in recent years has also attracted a global contingent, with countless Europeans buying vacation homes.  

Oasis Hallandale will be located on Hallandale Beach Blvd. offering proximity to:

  • Hollywood Beach & Boardwalk
  • Gulfstream Park Race Track
  • Aventura Mall
  • Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
  • Ft. Lauderdale & Miami International Airports

Construction on Oasis Hallandale will take place in four phases, each of which will take approximately two years although some will be built simultaneously. Here’s how they break down:

  • Phase 1, Commercial building – Construction begins March 2020
  • Phase 2, Commercial building – Construction begins January 2021
  • Phase 3, Residential west tower – Construction begins December 2021
  • Phase 4, Residential east tower – Construction begins June 2023
The condos have just come on the market and are available at pre-construction prices.

Residential Features

The condo residences will have contemporary, open floor plans with up to three bedrooms. They’ll also have broad balconies with glass railings offering panoramic views of the skyline.

Buyers can choose condos with one to three bedrooms in a variety of floor plans.

Kitchens will feature imported Italian cabinetry, stone countertops and tile flooring. They’ll come with high-end stainless steel appliances. Master baths will have double vanities and frameless, glass-enclosed showers.

Contemporary styling and smart use of space will characterize the condos.

Every residence will come with at least one parking space. Additional spaces can be purchased. There will also be bike parking, caged storage units and an electric car charging station.

The Guitar Hotel Builder

The development team of Oasis Hallandale includes top notch people starting with the premier architect and builder in South Florida.  

The architect is Architectonica, one of South Florida’s largest and most prominent architectural firms and known globally for its unique, contemporary designs.

The same builder who constructed Florida’s iconic Guitar Hotel is building Oasis Hallandale.

The builder is Suffolk, which has built amazing properties around the U.S. You may not recognize the name, but if you’ve been to South Florida you’ve probably seen their work. They built the iconic “Guitar Building,” at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, an architectural marvel that redefines the Hollywood, Florida skyline.

Pre-construction prices for the Oasis condos start at $427,680.

The condos at Oasis Hallandale have just come on the market. Choose from one to three bedrooms, ranging in size from 876 sq. ft. to 1,774 sq. ft.

The Village at Gulfstream Park

At the top, I told you about Gulfstream Park. There’s a lot more to it though than thoroughbred racing. It also includes 800 Vegas-style slot machines and a poker room with over 20 live-action tables.

The Village at Gulfstream Park features a casino, outdoor cafes and upscale shopping.

With all your winnings, you can head over to The Village at Gulfstream Park next door and enjoy an international array of restaurants, outdoor cafes, shops, art galleries and nightclubs.
