Stylish Condos Just Steps from Wynwood Walls in Miami

I live in the Miami area and one of my favorite things to do with Jackie and our daughters is to visit Wynwood Walls. It lives up to its name with lots of walls. In fact, it has over 80,000 square feet of walls.
What’s so great about a wall? China might have something to say about that, but in Miami, it’s what’s painted on those walls that has turned Wynwood into a must-see international destination. Here’s the back story.
Wynwood Walls was conceived by renowned community revitalizer, the late Tony Goldman, in 2009. He was looking for something big to transform the warehouse district of Miami, and he came up with a simple idea: Wynwood’s large stock of warehouse buildings, all with no windows, could be giant canvases for street art!
The concept quickly caught on and soon went from six muralled buildings to dozens. Art galleries sprang up nearby as did eateries, craft markets and quaint shops, creating what’s been referred to as “one of America’s hippest neighborhoods.”

NoMad Residences Wynwood, Coming Soon!
A massive new, luxury condo project by NoMad Hotels will rise steps from Wynwood Walls in downtown Miami. Although the NoMad brand has locations in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and London, Miami will feature its first-ever residential concept.
NoMad Residences Wynwood will have nine stories and 329 condos. But what makes this project unique is that it allows short-term rentals. Owners can live in their condo year-round or rent it out by the day, month or year to generate revenue.
The property will have an in-house management team to handle check-in and check-out for rentals, or owners have flexibility to use a third-party platform like Airbnb or Vrbo.
A Full Array of Amenities
The developer is Related Group, one of Florida’s most respected builders. The architect is Miami’s preeminent design firm, Arquitectonica. If you’ve been reading my Property Alerts for a while, you know those names are connected with South Florida’s most impressive developments.
NoMad Wynwood will offer many hotel-like amenities including:

The individual residences will be delivered fully furnished and creatively curated by NoMad and the award-winning interior design firm DesignAgency, known for its eclectic, modern designs.
Every residence will feature a private balcony and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Kitchens will be outfitted with Bosch appliances, imported Italian-designed cabinetry and exquisite stone countertops. Master bedrooms will have spacious walk-in closets, and master baths will have expansive spa showers.
Construction on NoMad Wynwood Residences is expected to begin at the end of 2022 and to be complete by the end of 2024 or early 2025.
Choose from three types of condos – studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. Prices start in the $570,000s and go up to $1,000,000.
