Prices for the two-four bedroom furnished residences range from the $900,000s to over $3 million. Construction is scheduled to begin September 2007 with anticipated completion of the first phase in 2009.
Koloa Landing will only be offered through an Exclusive Priority Reservation Program. A reservation requires a $10,000 completely refundable deposit. This reserves your place in line and gets you a priority invitation to the Koloa Landing VIP Event to select your unit at pre-construction pricing.
Keep in mind that you do not have to be physically present to select your unit, as it can be done by phone and email.
In the weeks that follow, we will keep all reservation holders updated on information such as actual unit pricing and critical purchase dates, as soon as these details are released.
In the meantime, however, getting a reservation in sooner rather than later will be critical to your getting your first choice of units at the lowest possible pricing.
