Kai at Bay Harbor is being developed by BH Developments, a merged group consisting of one firm with years of experience in real estate development in Latin America in such countries as Venezuela, Columbia and Argentina, and a real estate development company based in South Florida with more than 10 years of experience in building residential communities.
The architect for Kai at Bay Harbor is Arquitectonica. Since its inception in 1977, the company has designed buildings in 40 countries from 11 offices around the world and is the leading architect in the Miami area. It has been responsible for many of the city’s most prestigious projects.
Construction on Kai at Bay Harbor is tentatively scheduled to begin in April 2014 and to be completed in roughly 18 months in fall 2015.
Condos have one to three bedrooms and range in size from 1,112 sq. ft. to 1,834 sq. ft. Prices range from $515,000 to $1,200,000.
Only a limited number of units are available at this early, pre-construction release at these prices.
