I have a quick opportunity to share with you. There’s an Embassy Suites property being built in Orlando, and it happens to be the first Embassy Suites with condo hotel units for sale in the country. All other Embassy Suites are just traditional hotels.

The Orlando Embassy Suites, a Hilton brand, will be part of a massive, billion-dollar, mixed-use, master-planned, resort-community called Sunset Walk. It is scheduled for completion in early 2024.

The Embassy Suites condo hotel units have been selling for many months. In fact, I first told you about this property back in Sept. 2020. Well, now it’s getting down to the end, and the developer is anxious to wrap up sales. Receive Revenue on Your Condo Hotel Unit

As Embassy Suites will be a condo hotel, owners will have the option of participating in the onsite management rental program. They’ll benefit not only from the two-million loyal Margaritaville followers, but also from the 110 million Hilton Honors members who have access to rentals at the property via the Hilton Honors reservation system.

Use your condo hotel unit when you want and place it in the rental program when you’re not there. The revenue you receive helps defray your ownership costs.

Owners are guaranteed a 7% lease-back for their first year and $10,000 toward closing costs.

Buyer Incentives

Of the 5 buildings that make up the Embassy Suites, buildings 1-4 are completely sold out. There are 38 units left in building 5, with studios, one- and two-bedroom units. Prices start in the mid-$400,000s. The developer is offering the following incentives on the remaining inventory:

  • Owners will be guaranteed a 7% lease-back, (7% of the purchase price) for their first year after closing.
  • Up to 2 weeks personal usage permitted annually at a discounted rate, outside of blackout periods.
  • $10,000 will be applied to your closing costs.
  • This offer expires June 30th, 2023.
