The Condo Hotel Named for a Club
E11EVEN Miami Residences & Hotel will be a Las Vegas-themed and inspired condo tower, in Miami’s West Park District, adjacent to E11EVEN® Miami night club. It will be 65 stories tall and will have 375 upscale residences.
Everything about the property is being designed to wow residents and guests. It will feature smart-building technology with a custom E11EVEN app, linking residents to all of the property’s concierge services and amenities. Common areas will have museum-quality curated fine art. The residential lobby space will be ultra-modern and the definition of high-design.

Hotel Management Program
As a condo hotel, E11EVEN will allow owners to use their residence as much as they’d like. When not in use, they will have the option of placing their unit in the Hotel Management Program to generate revenue to offset their ownership costs.
Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2021 and will take approximately two years to build, bringing completion to December 2023. The condo hotel residences can be reserved now in this pre-construction phase.
