Joel Greene here from Condo Hotel Center.  Over the course of the past two years, I’ve told you about many beautiful high-rise condos being developed on prestigious Brickell Avenue in downtown Miami.  Today I have another one for you.  But what makes this one different is its price.  Well, that and its location.

This property, BrickellTen, isn’t actually on Brickell Avenue as the name implies, but four blocks away on S.W. Construction on BrickellTen will begin summer of 2014 and be completed tentatively, the 4th quarter of 2015.  There will be a total of 155 residences with one to three bedrooms.  They’ll range in size from 768 sq. ft. to 1,387 sq. ft. and in price from $290,000 to $520,000+.

Condos can be reserved at pre-construction prices with 10% down, and additional payments due at various stages in the development process.
