If you’ve been reading my Property Alerts for a while, you know that I love Orlando, FL. Every year we do at least one family trip there. And this year, we have a new theme park to try.
Universal Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, opened this past May. Spanning 750 acres, it took eight years and $7.7 billion to complete. Impressive, right?

A five-star quality resort, Ambar Residences Orlando will be a seven-story condo hotel with a total of 322 individual units across 11 acres. It offers a selection of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, plus several premium penthouse units on top floors.

Development Details
The developer of Ambar Residences is Big Key Group, a Miami-based real estate company that specializes in premier branded residences and condo hotel projects throughout Florida.
OTJ Architects, which built the Margaritaville Resort in Orlando, has designed the property. Mariott International will handle Ambar Residences’ reservations, while Coury Hospitality a premier hotel management company will oversee property management and ongoing property care.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2026 with a completion projected for 2028. Residences can be reserved now with a 5% deposit at pre-construction pricing starting at $368,900 up to $767,900.

At the top I told you about Epic Universe’s grand opening. Here are a few more fun details about it.
