Construction on Adagio has already begun. It started Dec. 2017, and therefore, buyers will not need to wait two years to take possession, which is often the case with projects offered in pre-construction. Completion of Adagio is expected by the third quarter of 2019.

Adagio Ft. Lauderdale Beach has just come on the market. The condo residences are being offered at first-tier prices. They come in two- to four-bedroom floor plans and range in size from 2,383 sq. ft. with 437 sq. ft. balcony to 4,085 sq. ft. plus 2,153 sq. ft. balcony. Prices start at $2,350,000 and go up to $4,995,000 for the largest penthouse unit.

Are You a Boat Lover?

A year or so ago, I sold a condo at the Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach to buyers from Boston, MA. Admitted boat lovers, they wanted a unit with a large balcony where they could sit outside, sip wine and watch the boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway, especially during the annual Ft. Lauderdale boat show parade or, as it’s commonly known here, “The Greatest Show on H20.”
