Adagio Ft. Lauderdale Beach
New Luxury Waterfront Condos,
July 9, 2018
They say you’re only as good as the company you keep. That expression refers to people, of course. But over the years, I’ve found it also applies to real estate. If you’re surrounded by quality properties, the image and value of your own property is elevated.
A great example of that is the property I’ll be featuring today. Located in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this property’s neighbors have made the area one of South Florida’s most prestigious communities.
I’m talking about the W Ft. Lauderdale, The Atlantic Hotel & Spa, Conrad Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Four Seasons Private Residences, and Hilton Ft. Lauderdale. If exclusive, waterfront living amid these spectacular, five-star quality properties appeals to you, read on for details.

An Experienced Developer
Adagio is being developed by ALCO International Group, which has a presence in Venezuela, Panama and the United States. This is the company’s third U.S. project, and it comes on the heels of the success of its sister property, ADAGIO on the Bay, a completed waterfront luxury residences also located in Fort Lauderdale.
The architect for the project is Garcia-Stromberg – GS4, an international, award-winning architectural firm based in South Florida.

- Deep sunset terraces with summer kitchens
- Private foyers with double-door residence entry
- Expansive master bedrooms with Intracoastal views
- Spacious his and hers walk-in closets
- Laundry rooms with full-size washer, dryer and sink

Construction on Adagio has already begun. It started Dec. 2017, and therefore, buyers will not need to wait two years to take possession, which is often the case with projects offered in pre-construction. Completion of Adagio is expected by the third quarter of 2019.
Adagio Ft. Lauderdale Beach has just come on the market. The condo residences are being offered at first-tier prices. They come in two- to four-bedroom floor plans and range in size from 2,383 sq. ft. with 437 sq. ft. balcony to 4,085 sq. ft. plus 2,153 sq. ft. balcony. Prices start at $2,350,000 and go up to $4,995,000 for the largest penthouse unit.

Are You a Boat Lover?
A year or so ago, I sold a condo at the Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach to buyers from Boston, MA. Admitted boat lovers, they wanted a unit with a large balcony where they could sit outside, sip wine and watch the boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway, especially during the annual Ft. Lauderdale boat show parade or, as it’s commonly known here, “The Greatest Show on H20.”
The property I told you about today, Adagio Ft. Lauderdale Beach, is being constructed immediately in front of the Gale, and will have no obstructions to those exact same views that my Gale buyers enjoyed. If oceanfront vistas and watching the boats go by sounds like your kind of luxury living, request my Adagio data sheet here.
If you’d like something a bit less expensive than Adagio or with other features, why not give me a call? I’d be glad to tell you all about the properties in South and Central Florida that are currently on the market.
Have a sunny day!
