Construction Status
Groundbreaking on 7200 Collins is expected to take place at the end of this year. Construction completion is planned for the end of 2027. But condos can be reserved now at first tier, pre-construction prices.

Colorful Miami Beach
As I mentioned at the top, Miami Beach has its own style, and that’s fully evident in its vibrant lifeguard stands. There are 36 candy-colored lifeguard towers dotting the coastline of Miami Beach from the tip of South Beach all the way up to 87th Street.
