600 Miami Worldcenter
Fully Furnished Condos with No Rental Restrictions
Hello. Joel Greene here from Condo Hotel Center.
I’ve lived in the Miami area nearly all of my life. I continue to be shocked by the dramatic changes I see here year after year.
Downtown Miami used to be a 9-to-5 only business district. It was a virtual ghost town on nights and weekends. Travel to Miami was almost exclusively for visiting the beach. That’s not the case today.
When you look at the Miami skyline, you see a shimmering, modern city that’s become an around-the-clock business, cultural and tourism hub.
The residential population in downtown Miami is now over 100,000, fueled by job growth and a boom in lifestyle amenities like bars, restaurants, retail, nightlife and entertainment. In 2021, 24.2 million visitors came to the area.
In the heart of downtown Miami is the Miami Worldcenter development, and it’s destined to further transform this city into a world-class destination. After 15+ years of planning and construction, this 27-acre, city-within-a-city is coming to life.
Urban Living at Its Finest
600 Miami Worldcenter will offer high-end, urban living in the center of Miami Worldcenter. It will be a 32-story condominium building with 579 fully finished and furnished residences.
600 Miami Worldcenter will not be a condo hotel, but the building will allow short-term rentals with no rental restrictions, which should make it appealing to investors and second-home buyers.
Owners will have the freedom to live in or rent their condo as they wish. They can use public booking platforms such as Airbnb, HomeAway and VRBO or a third-party management service.

I started this write-up by mentioning the remarkable changes I’ve seen in Miami. Many of those changes were related to condo hotels and their rapid growth in South Florida.
This month marks the 20th anniversary of Condo Hotel Center’s founding. It’s been a family venture from the start.
I worked closely with my father, Sheldon Greene, until his passing in 2011. A prominent Realtor specializing in the sale of hotels, dad picked up on the condo hotel trend long before other Realtors and decided to make that our new focus.
Together, we then dragged my sister Susan into the business to create our website (700+ pages and growing!) and to promote our condo hotel inventory. She is still very involved to this day and deserves credit for her behind-the-scenes work.
