The condos include studios, and one- and two-bedroom units. Prices range from $417,000 to $849,000, including all furnishings and finishes. The developers are accepting reservations now with a 10% deposit.

I started this write-up by mentioning the remarkable changes I’ve seen in Miami. Many of those changes were related to condo hotels and their rapid growth in South Florida.
This month marks the 20th anniversary of Condo Hotel Center’s founding. It’s been a family venture from the start.
