The Crosby Miami Worldcenter is a to-be-built, residential high-rise in Miami Worldcenter, a $4 billion, 27-acre development with approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of upscale retail, dining and entertainment space.

The Crosby will be a luxurious, 33-story, mixed-use building. It will have 450 residences as well as high-end retail and a potential restaurant. Offering five-star quality, it will feature 22,000 sq. ft. of amenities including:

The Crosby will be located within Miami Worldcenter, a city within a city, 15 years in the making. When complete – there’s no firm date; it’s being constructed in phases – it will span 10 blocks and feature an open-air, pedestrian-friendly, shopping promenade along with restaurants, offices, hotels and an expo center. It will also have a walkable bar and nightlife scene as well as a 20,000 sq. ft. public plaza called World Square to serve an outdoor event venue.

Miami Worldcenter will offer convenient public transportation. It is adjacent to five interconnected transit systems – Virgin/Brightline, Metrorail, Metromover, Tri-Rail, and a free downtown trolley system – which serves commuters and visitors alike. 

The Crosby Miami Worldcenter will have no rental restrictions, so owners can use their condo as they’d like; make it their permanent residence, a second home, or a rental property. They’ll have the option of renting out their condo through a booking platform like Airbnb, HomeAway or VRBO.

The property is being developed by a team that includes The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures. Both are companies with decades of building experience. The architect is Cohen Freeman Encinosa Architects, a South Florida firm in business for over 40 years. And AvroKO, founded in 2001, will be handling the interior design.

Groundbreaking on The Crosby is scheduled for early 2023. Construction is expected to be complete by early 2025.

The Crosby will have studios, and one- and two-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 350 sq. ft. to 825 sq. ft. They’ll be delivered fully finished and furnished, ready for immediate use.
