Paramount Miami Worldcenter will be part of a larger community called Miami Worldcenter. It will be one of the largest private master-planned projects in the U.S. In total, Miami Worldcenter will span 28 acres, approximately 10 city blocks.
One of its key components will be the Mall at Miami Worldcenter, to which residents of Paramount will have private access. The mall will feature three levels and 765,000 square feet of best-in-class retail, destination dining, and enticing entertainment. The project will be anchored by a 120,000-square-foot Bloomingdale’s and a 195,000-square-foot Macy’s.
Complementing the mall will be the 7th Street Promenade. A 250,000 square foot shopping pedestrian-only thoroughfare, it will run east-west through Miami Worldcenter. It will be anchored by the new American Airlines Arena and waterfront on the east. Inspired by the world’s great pedestrian streets, the 7th Street Promenade will have European-style outdoor cafés, bars, restaurants, and boutique retail shops.
Miami Worldcenter will also be home to the new Marriott Marquis World Convention Center Hotel, featuring 1,800 rooms, 600,000 square feet of convention space, and an 80,000-square-foot outdoor event deck.
Located in the core of downtown Miami, Miami Worldcenter is situated immediately north of the Central Business District and is surrounded by world-class amenities. It boasts convenient access to public transportation and also has easy access to I-95 and I-395. Miami International Airport is less than five miles away and the Port of Miami, where the cruise ships dock, is equally close.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter will be just an elevator or quick car ride away from a large concentration of art, culture, and entertainment locales including:
- The Mall at Miami Worldcenter
- American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat
- Perez Art Museum
- Frost Museum of Science
