A massive new, luxury condo project, NoMad Hotels will rise steps from Wynwood Walls in downtown Miami. Although the NoMad brand has hotel locations in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and London, Miami will represent its first residential concept.

NoMad Residences Wynwood will be nine stories and have 329 condos. In many South Florida condos, owners are restricted in renting out their units to one-year leases. That’s not the case with NoMad, which will allow short-term rentals. Owners will have complete flexibility to live in their condo year-round or rent it out by the day, month or year to generate revenue.

Although NoMad will have an in-house management team to handle check-in and check-out for rentals, owners can also choose to use a third-party platform like Airbnb or Vrbo.

NoMad Wynwood will offer many hotel-like amenities including:

The developer is Related Group, one of Florida’s most respected builders. The architect is Miami’s distinguished design firm, Arquitectonica. The individual residences will be delivered fully furnished and decorated by the interior design firm DesignAgency, known for its eclectic, modern designs.

Every residence will have a private balcony and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Kitchens will be equipped with Bosch appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry and elegant stone countertops. Primary bedrooms will have large walk-in closets, and primary baths will have spa showers.

Construction on NoMad Wynwood Residences is expected to begin at the end of 2022 and to be complete by early 2025. Choose from three types of condos – studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. Prices start in the $570,000s and go up to $1,000,000.
