Three contemporary towers with a total of 1,002 condos will create the Infinity Waters community, a residential development that will change the face of Liverpool’s skyline. The first phase, which is for sale now, contains 416 apartments in the tallest of the three buildings.

After the three years are up, owners can continue renting their unit through the existing management company, rent it out themselves or live there if they’d like. Of course, they can also sell their condo, although they can do that before the three years are up as well.

Property prices in Liverpool continue to outperform other regional cities in terms of rental and capital growth. Between 2017 and 2021, rents in Liverpool are forecast to increase by 17.6%.

Construction work on Infinity Waters is scheduled to begin the end of 2017 and to be completed by September 2019.
The condos come in a variety of floor plans including studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms. Prices range from $126,000 to $323,000 (approximate costs subject to fluctuations in currency). These prices reflect a 20% early investor discount being offered for a limited time while the developer’s marketing efforts are just getting underway.
