A mixed-use building, Hyde Beach House Resort Condominium & Residences will combine traditional condo residences with condo hotel units and an upscale beach club. The 42-story tower will be located just steps from the ocean.
The condo residences will be located on floors 35-41. As traditional condos, they’ll have no living restrictions.
The condo hotel units, which are being called “resort condos” at Hyde Beach House, will be located on floors 2-34. Owners will be able to use their units a total of 150 days per year. The remaining days, the unit may go into the Hyde Beach House rental program, and owners will share in the revenue their unit generates.
Owners and guests of both the condo residences and resort condos will receive beach club membership, which will give them access to the three-story beach club facility, private beach and sun deck, beachside food service, on-site spa services and more. The amenities at Hyde Beach House will be on par with an upscale resort including:

Hyde Beach House will also offer many guest services including a personal concierge, Barefoot Butler service for snacks and beverages on the beach, room service and valet parking.
The layouts of the condominiums and resort condos (condo hotel units) will be open-concept and contemporary in styling. They’ll come with oversized private terraces offering panoramic views of the scenic Intracoastal Waterway.
Hyde Beach House will be a “smart building,” pre-wired with fiber optic for high speed internet, data/voice and cable TV access. The kitchens will have stainless steel appliances. And both the kitchens and master baths will have European cabinetry and imported stone countertops.
Because the resort condos will be part of the rental program, they’ll be sold fully decorated and designer finished. The traditional condos will be delivered designer-ready.
Hyde Beach House Resort Condominium & Residences will be located in Hollywood Beach, which lies between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale in the heart of South Florida.
The resort will be just minutes away from world-class dining and shopping at Bal Harbour Shoppes, Aventura Mall and Las Olas Boulevard. It’s also close to museums, theaters and Port Everglades, where numerous cruise ships begin and end their voyages.
The Village at Gulfstream, a 1,000,000 sq. ft. new development, recently opened within a few minutes of Hyde Beach House’s front door. The Village has outdoor cafes, fine dining restaurants, unique shops, bustling nightlife, entertainment, casinos and horse racing. The developers of Hyde Beach House Resort expect to break ground on the project around June 2016. Construction will take approximately two years, putting the completion date at mid-2018.
The developers are two of the most prolific condo developers in South Florida: The Related Group, developers of Hyde Resort & Residences, Icon, SLS Lux, to name but a few; and Key International, which has recently developed 400 Sunny Isles and is currently planning other new projects like The Harbour and Aventura Park Square.

A total of 77 traditional condominiums and 265 resort condos (condo hotel units) are for sale at Hyde Beach House Resort. They can be reserved now at preconstruction prices with a 10% deposit. Additional payments will be required at various construction milestones.
Both the traditional condos and resort condos come in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. They range in size from 795 sq. ft. to 1,490 sq. ft.
Pre-construction prices range from $430,900 for the one-bedroom units, from $580,900 for the two-bedroom units and from $780,900 for the three-bedroom units.
