Expected to become an iconic property with its landmark architectural style, Hadrian’s Tower in Newcastle will be a luxury condo development. The condos are being sold to individual investors who can place them in a professionally managed rental program to receive revenue.
It is a hands-off investment that offers owners the opportunity to get 5% interest on their funds throughout the building period and then a 7% return for five years after that.
Hadrian’s Tower will be 26 stories tall and consist of 162 stylish condos in both one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Residents will have access to the following amenities:

Hadrian’s Tower will be situated on St. James’ Boulevard in Newcastle upon Tyne. Newcastle upon Tyne is the regional capital of the North East of England with approximately 1.6 million people living within 45 minutes of the city. It is about five hours from London.
Newcastle is rich in heritage with an established economy and excellent transportation links, including a large airport with daily flights to global destinations. World-class culture, vibrant night-life, award-winning dining, inspiring heritage, fantastic shopping and acclaimed architecture are all found in Newcastle.
The condos will feature modern fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, contemporary spacious apartment living areas and bathroom suites. Construction is expected to begin in January 2018 and to take approximately two years with completion scheduled for early 2020.
The condos cost from $196,000 to $450,500 (subject to fluctuations in currency). Furniture is not included in the purchase price but buyers who wish to participate in the rental program must purchase a package. Costs range from approximately $3,200 to $4,200, depending on the size of the condo purchased. Condos can be reserved now with a $2,600 reservation fee.
