Each of the residences will feature contemporary, open-concept, flow-through designs. They’ll have floor-to-ceiling windows that provide sweeping views of the city, the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway. Capitalizing on those views, the condos will also have spacious terraces with glass railings.
Kitchens will feature Italian cabinetry, porcelain countertops and Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances. Expansive master bathrooms will include a deep soaking tub and contemporary finishes and fixtures.
Pompano beach is located in the heart of Florida’s Gold Coast. In recent years, the city has made more than $100M in public and private beachfront improvements with upscale new restaurants, an oceanfront promenade park and a fishing pier with a glass section that allows you to watch the fish swimming by.

Casamar Beach is being developed by The Related Group, which has a development portfolio in excess of $40 billion. The architect is Arquitectonica, which has built many of South Florida’s most creatively designed and world-famous buildings. The interior designer is Rockwell Group known for its innovative designs.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 with completion approximately two years later in early 2025.
The condos come in two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans. They range from 1,700 square feet to 3,390 square feet. Pre-construction prices start at $1.5 million.
