Casamar Beach is a to-be-built, 21-story residential tower in Pompano Beach. It will sit on 3.2 acres and have 283 linear feet of beach and ocean frontage. Available are 119 condo residences, all with direct ocean views.

Casamar Beach is being developed by The Related Group, which has a development portfolio in excess of $40 billion. The architect is Arquitectonica, which has built many of South Florida’s most creatively designed and world-famous buildings. The interior designer is Rockwell Group known for its innovative designs.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 with completion approximately two years later in early 2025.

The condos come in two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans. They range from 1,700 square feet to 3,390 square feet. Pre-construction prices start at $1.5 million.
