Spread across two, 62-story towers, Aria will feature 391 luxurious condos overlooking beautiful Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic. Arquitectonica is the architect of the towers. They’re Miami’s most well-known architectural firm and known for their bold modernism. The developer is Melo Group, in business since 2001, and widely considered one of the most innovative developers of Miami’s Upper East Side.

Aria Reserve will have over two acres of amenities including:

Every aspect of the condos will be upscale including high-end kitchen appliances, custom cabinetry and exquisite fixtures. The details have not yet been finalized.

Aria Reserve Miami will be located in downtown Miami near Brickell’s financial district and close to multiple shopping, entertaining and dining venues.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2022 and to be completed in the summer of 2024. The condos range in size from 1,059 sq. ft. to 2,584 sq. ft., not counting the Penthouse Collection Residences, which haven’t yet been fully defined. Condo prices start at $800,000.
