A Hyatt Centric with Residences

Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building at 499 feet and 46 floors will be 100 Las Olas.  It will be a mixed-use property, containing 121 condo residences, 238 hotel rooms and 8,500 square feet of retail space for shops and restaurants.  The hotel brand will be Hyatt Centric, a four-star property.

100 Las Olas is being designed by SB Architects, in business for more than 50 years.

100 Las Olas will feature:

Owners of the residences at 100 Las Olas will have access to all the amenities and services that Hyatt Centric hotel guests will have.

The residences at 100 Las Olas are being designed for modern luxury living by Bob Martin of The Decorators Unlimited. They’ll have modern open-concept floor plans and gourmet kitchens perfect for entertaining. They’ll have extra-large terraces with glass railings for clear views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline, New River and Atlantic Ocean.  They will be delivered fully finished with the owner’s choice of design packages.

100 Las Olas is centrally located in downtown Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas Blvd., a 10-block palm-tree lined area with numerous shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, clubs and art galleries. Fort Lauderdale beach is a 10-minute drive away as are many malls and museums.

Designed by SB Architects, construction on 100 Las Olas is expected to begin in spring 2017 and to be completed by the end of 2019.  But the condo residences can be reserved now.  They come in a variety of floor plans with two and three bedrooms.  They range in size from 1,501 sq. ft. to 2,964 sq. ft.  Prices range from $800,000 to $2,270,000.
