A 75-acre, master-planned, gated community, Vivo Resorts is located on Palmarito Beach in Puerto Escondido, which is in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico.

The resort was first established in 2009 and construction has been ongoing. When the current phase is complete by the end of 2022, it will include four residential buildings, containing over 400 condominiums and 100+ private villas.
