Ouanalao Residences & Resort (pronounced O-wana-loo) will be a luxury resort property offering full amenities and water activities. Located on scenic Hutchinson Island, it will include 25 beachfront homes with views of the Atlantic Ocean.  Additionally, it will offer 24 two-level cottages and 10 single-level bungalows overlooking landscaped gardens with possible views of the Indian River Lagoon.

Homeowners at the resort will have the option of placing their home into the onsite rental program (similar to a condo hotel). It will be operated by Mainsail, one of the approved operators by Marriott. There are no restrictions on owners’ usage. 

Hutchinson Island is a long, thin barrier island that stretches from Fort Pierce to Stuart. It has 23 miles of gorgeous beaches as well as many nature preserves and parks.
