Margaritaville is a mega-resort located in Kissimmee (Orlando). It’s being developed in stages across 300 acres located just minutes from Walt Disney World.

Margaritaville Orlando currently has the 184-room Margaritaville Hotel, already open and operating. Coming soon are Key West-inspired vacation villas. These colorful cottages will each be two stories tall and come in two-, three- and four-bedroom sizes. They’re to be built in stages, starting with Oasis as the first phase. Oasis will include 212 villas.

The villas will operated as condo hotels. Owners can use their villa whenever they like and place it into the onsite rental program when they’re not there. It will earn them revenue to help offset the costs of vacation home ownership.

Villa owners will have access to the many amenities at the Margaritaville Hotel as well as throughout the resort including:

The villas will be considered an extension of the hotel. Owners will be allowed to use all of the hotel services, like security, concierge, room service, massage, and private chef for parties.

Additionally, the hotel offers trolley service to all destinations throughout the resort and shuttle transportation to the many Disney, Universal and SeaWorld theme parks.

Construction on the Oasis villas is expected to begin May 2021 and should be complete by 2023. It takes roughly six months from contract signing until construction completion of a villa.

The rest of the resort is already open including the hotel, water park, resort pools, spa, fitness center, retail area and restaurants.

Margaritaville Orlando has a prime location. It is within 20 minutes of Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios theme parks as well as SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay Water Park. The Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away.

Each villa is two stories and has two-to-four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Prices start in the $340,000s. These are first-release prices for the villas. They are likely to go up as various sales benchmarks are reached.
