The developer of Ambar Residences is Big Key Group, a Miami-based real estate company that specializes in premier branded condo hotel projects throughout Florida.

OTJ Architects, which built the Margaritaville Resort in Orlando, has designed the property. Mariott International will handle Ambar Residences’ reservations, while Coury Hospitality a premier hotel management company will oversee property management and ongoing property care.

Construction on Ambar Residences Orlando is expected to begin in early 2026 with a completion projected for 2028. Residences can be reserved now with a 5% deposit at pre-construction pricing starting at $368,900 and going up to $767,900.
