My twin girls have now been away at the University of Central Florida for going on three months. Jackie and I have begun adjusting to our empty nest.
I recently mentioned that we might want to think about downsizing. Jackie wasn’t too keen on the idea but I convinced her to at least let me show her some of the properties on the market. I’m pretty sure she now regrets saying “okay.”
So here’s the first property I told her about, a lovely condo community with plenty of friendly neighbors, no doubt.
That didn’t go over well. I think Jackie fancies something a bit more upscale, like today’s featured property on beautiful Singer Island (Palm Beach County, FL). Read on for details.
VistaBlue Singer Island
VistaBlue will be an exclusive, contemporary-styled tower overlooking the ocean. It is the first new development in almost a decade on the pristine shores of Singer Island, which is located on the Atlantic coast of Palm Beach County.
The boutique property will sit on 3.5 acres. It will have 19 stories with a total of 58 condo residences. Floors 4-18, above the two-story lobby, will have four residences per floor. Floor 19 will have only two massive, penthouse residences.

VistaBlue’s location on Singer Island offers a relaxing blend of natural beauty encompassing seven miles of pristine beaches and upscale hotels and resorts. Named for sewing machine magnate Paris Singer, it is just moments away from world-class shopping, dining, entertainment, and culture.
The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Norton Museum of Art feature fine exhibitions year-round.
Choose from numerous golf courses all within short driving distance. And Palm Beach’s upscale dining scene boasts a number of five-star restaurants.
For the eco-adventurer, there’s the 438-acre John MacArthur State Park, which features almost two miles of picturesque beach snorkeling and scuba diving, as well as hiking and biking trails and kayaking through the mangroves.
Also conveniently close is Palm Beach International Airport, Port of Palm Beach, Brightline express train, and major roadways such as I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
Many properties offer pre-construction sales before the first shovel of dirt has been turned over. In fact, the developer is typically required to have a certain number of pre-sales before they can get their construction loan. That’s not the case here.
VistaBlue is self-funded by the developer. It therefore was not required to have pre-sales before beginning construction approximately one year ago. Already 14 of the 19 floors are built. Completion of the property is expected by end of 2017. But the good news is that sales have just begun this week, so you can select from the full inventory at first-tier pricing.
Units Can Be Reserved Now
The condo residences of VistaBlue have just come on the market. They can be reserved with a 20% deposit.
Choose from a variety of three- and four-bedroom floor plans with up to 4.5 baths. The size of these homes is colossal, ranging from 2,784 sq. ft. to 6,423 sq. ft., and that doesn’t include the spacious terraces each one has. Prices range from $1,426,000 to over $3 million.

All in Good Fun
As I mentioned at the beginning of this Property Alert, my poor wife Jackie has had to contend with my less-than-ideal suggestions for downsizing now that our nest is empty. Here are a few more of the lovely homes I’ve asked her to consider.
I can’t imagine why Jackie has rejected all of these lovely homes. I think her idea of a new home would be more akin to a luxury condo at VistaBlue. If that sounds appealing to you too, then I hope you’ll request my VistaBlue data sheet here.
