MAX Daytona, Condos on the Beach
Prices Start in the $400,000’s
May 9, 2018
With our girls away at college, Jackie and I have more free time than we used to. One of the activities we enjoy is attending special events like the Air and Sea show in Ft. Lauderdale and the annual Coconut Grove Art Festival. It seems there’s something interesting to do just about every weekend.
The featured property I have for you today will soon be built in the Festival Capital of Florida, which is Daytona. Year-round, you’ll find something happening: craft beer festivals, blues festivals, summer concerts, fireworks shows on the beach, the world-famous Bike Week (motorcycles), and Speed Week leading up to the Daytona 500.
Of course, what Daytona is best known for is its beaches. And that’s exactly where today’s featured property is located – right on the sand.
MAX Daytona will be a luxurious, modern glass tower located in the charming seaside community of Daytona Beach Shores on the “World’s Most Famous Beach,” as it’s often called.
At 12 stories tall, it will feature 72 two-bedroom condominium residences located on the first 11 floors. The 12th floor will have terraces and some of the amenities, which include:
- Porte cochere and courtyard entry to grand salon
- 2 sky decks, views of Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River
- Skyline health and fitness club
- Sky bar and owners lounge with catering kitchen
- 80′ pool and spa overlooking the beach
- Beachfront event lawn with summer kitchen
- Private pet park with bathing station
- Smart fob-based keyless entry at all access points
If you’re looking for an indoor-outdoor lifestyle, these condos deserve your serious consideration. Every residence has oversized sliding glass doors that open to a private terrace overlooking the beach and ocean.
Each floor plan is uniquely designed to provide sweeping vistas in three directions, providing direct ocean views for some units and both ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views from corner units.
The kitchens feature large dining islands, contemporary cabinetry and designer hardware. In the master bath, residents will find luxury soaking tubs that offer ocean views.
A Spectacular Location
The Daytona area is ranked #3 on Trulia’s top real estate markets poised for growth, thanks to its beautiful beach and year-round tropical weather. But that’s not all Daytona has to offer. Here are a few of the area’s main attractions:
One Daytona – A newly opened lifestyle and entertainment center with one million square feet of world-class shops, restaurants and hotel accommodations located directly across from Daytona International Speedway.
Daytona International Speedway – A massive multi-sports facility where the Daytona 500 has been run since inception in 1959. An amazing $400-million renovation has recently transformed the Speedway into the world’s only motorsports stadium, offering year-round sports and entertainment events.
Daytona Beach – A 24-mile shoreline perfect for long, lazy days in the sun.
Cultural Venues and Arts Scene – Visit the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art, the Southeast Museum of Photography, the Jackie Robinson Ballpark & Museum, the Mary McLeod Bethune home, J.D. Rockefeller Residence, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America.
Fishing – For off-shore anglers, the Gulf Stream brings a constant flow of fish. Flats fishermen will love the accessibility of the Halifax River. Or step out on two wooden piers for casual angling.
Golf – Golf Digest recently ranked Daytona Beach in the top 15 places to play in the nation. Choose from several famous fairways from the historic Daytona Beach Club established in 1921 to the famous links at LPGA International.
Additionally, Daytona is home to over 60 renowned art, music and one-of-a-kind pop culture festivals, meaning there’s always something to keep you happily entertained.

Want to know more? I have plenty of additional details in my data sheet, yours for the asking.
I’ve been to Daytona Beach several times and enjoyed the novelty of being able to drive on the beach in designated areas. But there’s really so much more to this area. Consider the annual Hippie Fest in June. Here’s how it’s described:”Get dressed up in your best tie dyed t-shirt and psychedelic pants for this annual street and music festival. Enjoy a concert featuring music from the ’60s and ’70s with performances by The Grass Roots, Paul Revere’s Raiders, Rare Earth’s Peter Rivera, The Cyrkle and 1910 Fruitgum Company.”
I knew I saved my tie-dyed t-shirts for a reason! As always, thank you for your interest in our Property Alerts. If you could be interested in MAX Daytona, I encourage you to request the data sheet. It’s been several years since a new condo development of this quality has come to Daytona, and with only 72 residences, I expect it to sell out quickly.
If Daytona isn’t your cup of tea, let me know what is. I’d be glad to provide you with information about other properties in Florida as well as some unique real estate investment opportunities in places like the UK.
Peace, rock & positive vibes,
