I grew up listening to the Beatles. And while my kids may prefer rap to rock, it’s songs by the Beatles that were the soundtrack of my yesterday.
One of my long-range bucket list items is to one day visit The Beatles Story. It’s the world’s largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to the band.
Located in the Fab Four’s hometown of Liverpool, The Beatles Story takes visitors on a magical history tour, chronicling how four young lads from Liverpool were propelled to worldwide fame to become the greatest band of all time.
What’s the connection to today’s featured property? I have a new condo development in Liverpool to tell you about. The Towers of Infinity Waters
Infinity Waters will be a collection of three iconic towers that are set to change the face of Liverpool’s skyline. Boasting a prime waterfront location in Liverpool’s city center, Infinity Waters will become one of the most luxurious and iconic developments in Liverpool.
A total of 1,002 units are planned in the three towers in addition to the amenity space. The first phase, being offered now, contains 416 apartments in the tallest of the three buildings.
Infinity Waters will feature a wide range of facilities, including:
- Dining room for private functions
- Private lounge
- Indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi
- Luxury spa including sauna and steam room
- State-of-the-art gym
- Meeting rooms
- Private landscaped outdoor areas
Additionally Infinity Waters will have 24/7 security and concierge services.
This property will be fully managed and can generate an income for buyers who want a passive investment with a guaranteed 7% net return per annum. The guarantee is assured for the first three years and paid quarterly in arrears.
At the end of year three, investors can choose to continue renting their unit through the existing management company, rent it out themselves or live there if they’d like. Of course, they can also sell their condo, although they don’t need to wait the three years to do that.
Contemporary Styled Condos
Soaring 27, 33 and 39 stories above ground, the triple-tower residential development will offer unobstructed views of Liverpool city center, the river and the world-famous docks, where one may find the occasional yellow submarine going by.
The condos will feature contemporary styling with large floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and washed oak wooden plank flooring throughout. Kitchens will be outfitted with integrated stainless steel finish oven, hood and induction hob\integrated fridge-freezer.
The condos are being sold with optional furniture packages. Buyers interested in placing their unit in the rental program would need to purchase one of the furniture packages.
Reasons to Invest in Liverpool
First of all, how cool would it be to own a condo where the world’s most storied band began? But the city has a lot more going on beyond its musical history.
Liverpool is undergoing a rapid transformation. The creation of the government’s Northern Powerhouse initiative, a plan to boost economic growth in the north of England names Liverpool as one of the six core cities to benefit. The initiative involves improvement to transportation links and significant investments in science, technology, sports and arts, all of which are expected to increase demand for housing in the city.
Property prices in Liverpool continue to outperform other regional cities in terms of rental and capital growth. Between 2017 and 2021, rents in Liverpool are forecast to increase by 17.6%.
Infinity Waters is located on the edge of Liverpool’s financial district and just minutes from Liverpool ONE, which encompasses shopping, restaurants and entertainment near the iconic Liverpool waterfront.
Construction Status & Pricing
Construction work is scheduled to begin next month, November 2017, and to be completed by September 2019.
The condos come in a variety of floor plans including studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms. Prices range from $126,000 to $323,000 (approximate costs subject to fluctuations in currency). These prices reflect a 20% early investor discount being offered for a limited time while the developer’s marketing efforts are just getting underway.
