Halcyon Hills Luxury Resort and Spa is located on the beautiful southeast coast of Samos island.  It will be a five-star spa and marina resort, likely to become one of the most prominent upscale vacation destinations in Greece. 

Halcyon Hills will be comprised of 209 individual properties of one and two stories.  They’ll be grouped together in small clusters to give an exclusive village hub feel.  No two buildings will be exactly the same; each one will have a unique look and size.  However, all of the buildings will come with terraces and spectacular sea views of the coast of Turkey.

The resort will be finished to an exceptional standard and centered on a world-class spa and 36-berth marina, with one mooring large enough to accommodate super yachts.  The spa will be managed by the world-renowned Blue Spa.

Samos is the eighth largest Greek island.  The landscape is breathtaking with two mountains, Kerkis and Ambrelos.  They create a stunning backdrop for the coastline and also provide the opportunity for many exciting outdoor pursuits such as rock climbing, hiking and mountain biking.  Within walking distance to the east is the delightful little hamlet of Klima, with charming local taverns and shops.

Owners at Halcyon Hills will be offered enrollment in The Registry Collection program for a 10-year period.  This elite membership offers exchange privileges with luxurious resorts in some of the world's most desirable vacation destinations.

Construction on Halcyon Hills is expected to begin in spring 2010 and to be complete by early 2012.

Buyers of a Halcyon Hills home have the choice of whole or fractional ownership. The fractions can be purchased in 12ths, 6ths or quarters, so they can be tailored to suit your budget and expected usage.

Each 1/12th fraction translates to four weeks of guaranteed usage per year, and multiple fractions can be purchased for longer usage periods.

Available are a variety of apartments and villas, from one to three bedrooms. Whole ownership ranges in price from $195,000 to $1,334,152. Fractional ownership ranges from $36,573 to $127,213.
