St. Regis Resort & Residences will encompass three towers, 26 stories each, in prestigious Bal Harbour, Florida, just north of Miami Beach.

The property is located on the site of the old Sheraton Bal Harbour, which was demolished in late 2007 to make way for the new The St. Regis. The property has an intended rating of five stars. It will be an ultra-high end development right on the ocean.

As a mixed-use development, the St. Regis will feature a 183-room hotel, 36 condo hotel suites and over 300 upscale residences.

The St. Regis Resort & Residences will be owned and managed by Starwood, and will be run as a Starwood Luxury Collection property.

Only about 10% of the hotels run by Starwood worldwide receive this esteemed classification.

This development will offer a wide array of amenities, including the St. Regis signature butler service, 24-hour in-room dining service, fitness facility for residences, private residents’ pool, housekeeping services, renowned concierge service, world-class Remede spa and a fine dining restaurant. Additionally, transportation to and from the airport is available upon request.

St. Regis Resort & Residences will be located right on the Atlantic Ocean. Across the street from its location are the world-famous and highly exclusive Bal Harbour Shops, which has 100 flagship stores including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus.

Construction on the St. Regis Resort & Residences is expected to be complete by late 2011. Prices for the residences range from $1,944,900 up to $7,326,900 (subject to change without prior notice). The condo hotel suites are sold out.
