The Atlantic, Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The Atlantic is a five-star condo hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. It is run by Starwood Hotels & Resorts as part of the Starwood Luxury Collection, putting it in the top 10% of all of Starwood's 750 properties worldwide.

The Atlantic is a boutique-sized 124 units. It is the only Ft. Lauderdale condo hotel that does not have living restrictions. That means, you can actually live in your condo as a primary residence. It also means that those owners who choose to participate in the rental program can expect higher-than-average occupancy rates and revenue.

The Atlantic has a 7,000 sq. ft. European spa, fitness center, massage and treatment rooms. It also has an oceanside pool and café, magnificent lobby and common areas, conference facilities, a concierge, 24-hour room service, a doorman, a valet and many other luxury amenities.

The Atlantic is within walking distance of Ft. Lauderdale's bustling cultural and arts district. Shopping and entertainment, art galleries, upscale boutiques, restaurants, lounges, night-spots, movie theaters and the famed Las Olas Boulevard are nearby.

The Atlantic is located just two blocks from the four-star Q Club and the five-star St. Regis, both under construction. Just across the street will be the new five-star Trump Fort Lauderdale, still under development. The resale unit available is a one-bedroom, 1.5 bath that has direct oceanfront views. The unit is 1,010 sq. ft. with a 94 sq. ft. terrace. Maintenance costs are $1,145 monthly. Price: $695,000.

This particular model is strictly for an investor. It must always remain part of the hotel's rental program, with 45% of the revenue generated going to its owner.

THE Q CLUB RESORT, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
