Maria joined Sheldon Greene & Associates, of which Condo Hotel Center is a division, back in 1995. Over the 12+ years she has been with the firm, she has fulfilled a wide range of duties at the organization, from sales to property research to design and editing of the company's web sites and newsletters.

Maria has been instrumental in developing the Condo Hotel Center division of Sheldon Greene & Associates. She is known for her ability to talk with a development team, do first-hand research of a property and then communicate her wealth of knowledge on the property to her clients.

Maria gathers the different criteria of a property from its location and amenities to its pricing, franchise and availability of financing. She has the ability to insightfully examine these variables and guide the condo hotel investor.

Originally from Nicaragua, Maria is fluent in Spanish and has a strong connection with Florida's Latin community. She also travels frequently to Central America, seeking out unique real estate investment opportunities in countries like Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. She is fondly known at Condo Hotel Center as the company's "Latin Connection."

As Condo Hotel Center's "Latin connection," Maria often travels to Central America to research the many new properties being developed there. Pictured above is Maria in Panama with the skyline of Panama City in the distance.

Maria is an experienced public speaker on the subjects of condo hotels and Central America investment opportunities. Most recently, she was a guest lecturer at Florida International University in Miami, speaking to graduate students in its Hospitality School.

A licensed real estate salesperson, Maria is also a licensed pilot. When possible she flies to properties she represents.

"One of the best ways to get perspective on a property is to view it from above. You can quickly evaluate its size, location, accessibility and proximity to area attractions," she explains.

While she loves to fly, Maria is quick to say that she's grounded and 100% focused on providing her clients with the information they need to make good decisions on their vacation home purchases.
