THE RITZ-CARLTON GOLF CLUB & SPA, JUPITER OPENS CLUBHOUSE AND LUXURY FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP VACATION HOMES

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, the first residential country club development for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., has opened its social and architectural centerpiece, a 68,000 square-foot clubhouse, to Members. Additionally, the first phase of the fractional ownership Ritz-Carlton Club Homes is now welcoming Members, and is nearly fully subscribed.

"The opening of the clubhouse completes The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa experience," said General Manager, Steven Schaefer, who was previously with The Ritz-Carlton Resorts in Naples, Fla. "Combined with an exceptional golf experience and the signature services available at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, this property sets a new standard for country club living in Florida."

Prominently situated at the center of the community overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the clubhouse amenities include tennis courts, a member's lounge, locker rooms with stewards, a resort-style swimming pool with waterfalls, a Ritz Kids children's program, two private dining facilities and the 15,000 square-foot Ritz-Carlton Spa.

Scheduled to open in a few weeks, the spa is designed to provide the ultimate in fitness, wellness and relaxation, featuring 10 spa therapy suites, a deluxe nail treatment center and a state-of-the-art fitness center that will provide a movement studio, cardio center, resistance training equipment, conditioning training for golfers, plus a variety of exercise classes.

Also opening on November 8 to Members are The Ritz-Carlton Club Homes, fully equipped golf and lakefront fractional ownership homes that provide Members with a one-eighth deeded interest for 35 days of luxury vacation living. Service levels and standards in the Club Homes are consistent with those of Ritz-Carlton hotels.

Members enjoy the convenience of a dedicated concierge staff trained to accommodate every request. Additionally, Members have reciprocal membership benefits at other Ritz-Carlton Club locations in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. and Colorado's Aspen Highlands and Bachelor Gulch.

Residents are extended Member-only privileges at Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts around the world, as well as special offerings from Marquis Jet Partners, Inc. and The African Collection, a provider of luxury safaris. The second phase of Club Homes is expected to be completed in March 2004.

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter also has 34 Residences, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes featuring golf course and lake views with private courtyards, and 30 Estates, four-bedroom or larger, 4,200-5,500 square-foot homes with golf course views.

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and The Ritz-Carlton Spa primarily serve residents of the property, although a limited number of non-resident memberships are available to the public.
