BELLASERA RESORT IN NAPLES RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS AAA FOUR DIAMOND RATING

SunStream Hotels & Resorts proudly announces its newest resort, Bellasera, recently received the American Automotive Association's (AAA) coveted Four Diamond rating. The resort, which opened its doors December 2003, is one of only five resorts in Naples to receive the recognition.

Bellasera joins an elite group of hotels and resorts across North America by receiving this honor. Each year more than 35,000 properties are rated while only five percent qualify to receive Four Diamond status.

"The AAA Four Diamond rating is one of the hospitality industry's most prestigious awards," notes Mary Anne Monsrud, vice-president at SunStream Hotels & Resorts. "Having achieved this distinction after such a short time proves that our staff is dedicated to providing the finest in customer service in an atmosphere of first-class amenities."

The AAA Four Diamond evaluation process consists of three parts: AAA Diamond Rating requirements; objective physical attributes and service levels; and subjective professional experience and training elements. Other areas of evaluation include exterior inspection, overnight interior inspection and a general manager interview. The management, staff, housekeeping, grounds, guest service, room ambiance and amenities are also reviewed. All evaluations are conducted by certified AAA inspectors and are done on an unannounced basis.

Inspired by the villas of Tuscany, Bellasera features 100 units, ranging from studios to one, two and even three-bedroom suites. Each suite features a full-sized kitchen complete with all appliances and dishware, while spacious living and dining areas provide relaxation for a single visitor or an entire family. Also onsite is Naples' newest hot spot, Zizi. This Mediterranean restaurant offers an eclectic menu with monthly themed dinners paired to seasonal offerings.

Bellasera is located in the heart of Naples' tourist district at 221 Ninth St. South, just off historic Fifth Avenue South. The property combines Southern hospitality and a Mediterranean flair with the amenities of home, resulting in an experience previously unavailable in Southwest Florida.
