Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC and luxury resort industry leader Cap Cana, S.A. have announced a two-tier endeavor to develop the Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana Resort and the Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana.

Both properties will be built within the Cap Cana master-planned community in the Dominican Republic.

The 36,000-acre development rests on over three miles of pristine beaches that complement the 220-room hotel and 194 beachfront and golf residences.

Residential owners at the Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana will live a life of paradise while enjoying all the amenities the residential/resort property offers. These amenities include:

• Three Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses
• Two additional golf courses
• A 1,000-slip marina
• A 16,000 square foot resort spa
• 8,000 square feet of meeting space

This list contains only those amenities that have been publicly announced by Ritz-Carlton and the Cap Cana developers. More amenities could be added before the list is finalized.

According to Dr. Ricardo Hazoury, president of Cap Cana’s board of directors, “The Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana represents a new paradise for the Dominican tourism industry.  The property will combine the tropical style and architecture of Cap Cana into the beautiful surroundings of the Dominican Republic with a strong focus on the breathtaking Juanillo beach and views of the Caribbean Sea.”

Describing the Residences at Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana as a ‘development’ simply doesn’t do this Dominican Republic masterpiece justice.  It’s already being referred to as a “residential lifestyle resort community” because guests and owners alike will be able to take advantage of its numerous amenities, as well as a collection of designer shops, world-class restaurants and plenty of preserved ecological space.

The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Cap Cana are just minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, offering numerous direct flights to and from the U.S. and Europe. 

Cap Cana is being hailed as “the world’s next great destination.” When all phases are complete, the master-planned community will feature over 5,000 residential units and no less than four luxury hotels and two Trump International golf courses.

Residences can be used as year-round homes or as vacation homes.
