The newest resort in the Rosewood Hotel and Resort family will soon embrace Costa Rica's picturesque northwest shore.  Rosewood Residences at Costa Carmel will offer its owners a secluded, 112-acre beachfront oasis nestled between the Papagayo Gulf and Las Baulas Marine National Park.

One-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes will be available at Costa Carmel. You can choose from several different styles of private residence including consonas, casitas, villas and estates. The homes will be delivered fully furnished to Rosewood’s high standards, ready for your arrival. 

Rosewood Residences at Costa Carmel will also have an on-site managed rental program.  You can choose to participate when not using your home, and thereby offset the costs of ownership with the rent revenue you receive.
