The Wyndham Grand Bay Waterford will be a five-star resort and spa. It will contain 50 two- and three-bedroom villas and four estate homes spread over 11 buildings and 10.5 lushly landscaped acres.

As a fractional, buyers can purchase a 1/8 share which entitles them to six weeks of usage and additional time based on availability, at no additional cost.

The Wyndham Grand Bay Waterford will be built over the course of five phases. Construction began in May 2006 and has an anticipated completion in May 2010. Currently available is Phase 1 which consists of six three-bedroom villas and one estate home. Construction on Phase 1 will be complete by May 2007.

All villas and homes will be delivered fully furnished and equipped with designer furniture and top quality appliances. When in residence, owners will have access to a Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes or Audi for their personal use. They'll also be able to use a Boston Whaler boat, complete with captain.

Owners at The Wyndham Grand Bay Waterford will receive five-star quality care when visiting. From a 24-hour concierge to make golf and dinner reservations to pre-arrival grocery shopping service, every need will be attended to.

The Wyndham Grand Bay Waterford will have two pools and a Great House complete with cigar room and, fine dining restaurant and bar. It will also contain a 5,000 sq. ft. full-service spa and a fully-equipped health club.

The location is superb, offering ocean views and proximity to the 18-hole championship Safe Haven golf course.

A franchise has not yet been selected, however, it is expected to be of five-star caliber. Membership to the Wyndham Grand Bay Waterford starts at $297,900.
