Ultimate Resort is a luxury destination club, designed to provide individuals, families and corporate members with virtually unlimited access to a growing portfolio of fabulous club properties located in exciting resort destinations throughout the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe.

The club's private homes are beautiful, well-appointed luxury residences that are perfectly located and offer the type of five-star concierge services and amenities you might expect at an exclusive country club. From stocking the refrigerator, to booking tee times, or arranging for a private chef, Ultimate Resort’s onsite concierge can handle anything. For members, Ultimate Resort eliminates the burdens of owning a vacation home and the uncertainties of renting a villa.

Unlimited Access to a Portfolio of Homes
The club structure of Ultimate Resort allows the exclusive members virtually unlimited access to the entire collection of luxury private residences. This is done through an exclusive club structure that limits the number of members per club and maintains a member to property ratio of no more than 7 to 1, thereby purposely under-utilizing each property in the portfolio.

For less than the down payment on only a single second home of comparable caliber, the one-time refundable membership deposit opens doors to the more than 100 luxury million-dollar-plus residences planned over the next few years.

The annual dues are less than an owner might pay in property taxes and maintenance on just a single second home. Plus, Ultimate Resort members avoid the worries of absentee ownership and the limitations of being tied to a single location for years.

Exceptional Properties
The average size of beach, golf and mountain residences included in an Ultimate Resort membership is typically 3,000 sq. ft. -4,000 sq. ft. with three to five bedrooms, high-quality furniture and design treatments throughout and, usually, a private pool.

City residences typically average over 1,200 square feet and include one- or two-bedroom suites. Ultimate Resort Signature property values average $1.5 million.

Membership Fees
Members pay a one-time membership fee ranging from $125,000 to $375,000 to join the Club and annual dues of $10,000 to $32,500 based on the membership plan selected.
