Tallus is a collection of
19 individually crafted luxury estates and an elegant
clubhouse that truly captures the spirit of Mammoth
in a five-star resort. Defying current conventions
of "mountain style," the design of Tallus
includes spacious rooms with tall ceilings while long
window walls provide dramatic west-facing views.
A private residence club, Tallus brings together all
the benefits of home ownership with an unprecedented

with single-family homes. As the first and only gated
community in Mammoth Lakes, it offers the finest in

Each home will be approximately 5,000 sq. ft. with
as many as five bedroom suites. The homes will be
built along the 10th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf
Club on a total of 10.8 acres.

addition to the homes, there will be a 10,000 sq.

and horseback riding.
The first phase of Tallus, which is
nine estate homes, the clubhouse and all the services
and amenities, will be complete by the summer of 2006.
The remaining ten homes will be complete by late spring
2007.
Available are 1/6th fractions at $795,000
which entitle the owner to five weeks of use per year
in their estate home, and whole ownership (unfurnished)
for $4,500,000.
