The five-star accommodations at the Hyatt Siesta Key Beach feature 44 fractional residences. You can choose 1/8th fractional ownership equal to six weeks of use per year or 1/16th fractional ownership equal to three weeks of use per year during the summer months.
You'll be free to utilize your time as you chose and can even transfer it to any of Hyatt's fabulous resorts both in the U.S. and abroad. You'll also have the opportunity to place your unit in Siesta Key's professionally managed rental program when not in your use. Construction on the Hyatt Siesta Key Beach Residence Club began in June 2008. The resort will be completed in the summer 2009.
