The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail will be a five-star private residence club located in the heart of the billion-dollar redevelopment of Lionshead Village.  Unique Bavarian-style architecture and elegant mountain interior decor, will make this ski resort a one-of-a-kind oasis.  

Designed in the vision of a European castle, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail, will contain 45 luxury Club Residences.  Owners receive a 1/12^th deeded fraction that entitles them to a minimum of three weeks of use per year.  There are also 71 full-ownership residences available.

The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail is adjacent to the planned site of the charming pedestrian village named Ever Vail, the largest green and LEED-certified, multi-use resort project in North America.  It it is planned to feature three districts, encompassing a main street, central plaza, and creekside area.   Each district is planned to feature an array of retail, restaurants and amenities.

Located just steps to the slopes and any imaginable amenity is what gives this area its status as North America's number one ski destination.  The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail is two hours from Denver, two hours from Aspen and 35 minutes from the Eagle County Airport. 

Vail is uniquely situated adjacent to 350,000 acres of national forest, providing the resort with more than 5,000 skiable acres as well as 15 miles of recreation paths. 

Beyond skiing, visitors can enjoy a host of other winter activities including ice skating, sleigh rides, snowmobiling and snowshoeing.  During the summer and fall, days can be fun-filled with golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, and hot air balloon rides.

The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail is currently under construction.  With ground having been broken in fall 2008, it is expected to be complete by early winter 2010.  The Club Residences range in size from 1,300 to 2,874 square feet with two to four bedrooms. 

Prices range from $195,000 to $600,000 for one-twelfth deeded fractional share.  The whole ownership units start at $2.9 million.
