Owners at Misión La Serena will have the opportunity to experience the resort’s five-star features from the signature Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman Signature Golf Courses to the world-class spa and yacht marina.  They’ll even be able to charter TeAmo, a 35-foot Bertram-built Sportfisher yacht.

Misión La Serena offers two-bedroom and three-bedroom private beachfront villas located directly on the white sandy beaches of the Sea of Cortez.  Each home has its own plunge pool.  The interiors include luxury amenities and are thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated, ready for immediate use.

As a private residence club, the villas of Misión La Serena are offered as 1/8 interests, which entitles each owner to 28 pre-planned vacation days per year, plus spontaneous additional days based on availability. 

Currently, nine of the resort’s beachfront villas are available for immediate occupancy.  Upon completion of the resort, there will be a total of 75 beachfront villas.  The resort is proposed to be finished in 2011.

The two-bedroom beachfront villas are 2,200 sq. ft. and priced at $370,000.  The three-bedroom beachfront villas are 2,800 sq. ft and are $435,000.
