The Links Cottages at Doonbeg is a private residence club offering one of the most unique, sophisticated and luxurious lifestyle experiences in Ireland. Located on the 380-acre Doonbeg estate, the Cottages are nestled alongside the 17th hole fairway of a Greg Norman-designed golf course.
There are a total of eight Cottages, each one a fully-furnished, luxuriously-appointed, four-bedroom home. It’s just a gentle stroll along meandering paths to The Lodge, which houses the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Lodge Suites, formal dining room, a private pub for Members and Owners, and the enticing White Horses Spa.
The golf course spans 1.5 miles of crescent-shaped beach and centuries-old dunes. The Atlantic Ocean is visible from the green, fairway or tee of 16 of the 18 holes. When it officially opened on July 9, 2002, the course was immediately designated as Golf Digest’s “Best New International Course.”
The Links Cottages at Doonbeg consist of eight buildings, each two stories. They are complete and ready for occupancy. Owners will get all the benefits of full vacation home ownership without the expense or hassles of upkeep.
It’s a private residence club offering services of four- to five-star caliber. Available are 1/10th fractions equal to a minimum of 21 days of use per year. Fractions cost approximately $275,800 (depending on Euro exchange rate). Owners will also have reciprocal use privileges with other Timbers Resorts Residence Clubs.
