The Concept
BelleHavens is an equity destination club. Members of BelleHavens collectively own the Club's diversified property portfolio and have exclusive access to million-dollar residences without the worry of maintenance, repairs or upgrades.

The homes are located in premier beach, golf, mountain and city destinations. In addition, BelleHavens' members enjoy endless amenities and service options, including pre-arrival travel planning and grocery shopping, preferred tee times, daily maid service, and a first-class concierge.

As an equity destination club, BelleHavens members are the owners of the Club, which wholly owns and holds title to the real estate portfolio. Therefore, a membership in BelleHavens is a very secure and valuable asset.

The concept of BelleHavens began in early 2003, and was designed to provide a group of like-minded members with a phenomenal collection of million dollar homes that they would not only use and enjoy, but also own.

Locations
Members have access to luxury residences located in a wide range of destinations. The following destinations are currently available or coming soon. Many others including various locations in Hawaii, California, Italy, England, and France will be acquired in the future.

In addition to these destinations, BelleHavens has a strategic alliance with Kimpton Hotels, the leading lifestyle hotel collection. The alliance provides BelleHavens' members with immediate access to luxurious suites in Kimpton Hotels around the world.

BelleHavens is also developing four distinct property portfolios from which members can choose:

• BelleSummit - mountain resorts
• BelleSol - beach and golf locations
• BelleVista - regional getaways
• BellePlaza - metropolitan destinations

Accommodations
Each of the BelleHavens residences typically have sleeping capacity for at least eight people, making it possible to travel with family and friends. Residences come standard with the best of amenities, including professional-grade kitchen appliances, flat screen TV's, jetted tubs, Aveda bath products and relaxing beds.

Membership

• Fee - Members pay a one-time membership deposit of $200,000 which can be redeemed for 90% of the going price of memberships on a two-in, one-out basis
  
  
• Annual Dues - BelleHavens Club annual dues range from $10,000 to $16,000 depending on how many days the member would like to have. The dues are used primarily to manage and maintain the properties, in addition to providing members with first-class service.
  
  
• Usage Options - Each year members select a usage plan consisting of both Planned and Space Available Reservation weeks, creating flexibility in usage from year to year. BelleHavens also created two types of weekly usage blocks that allow members to experience short getaways or extended stays.
  
  
• Exchange - BelleVentures allows members to exchange a Planned Reservation week for a credit towards an amazing adventure anywhere in the world. The options are truly endless: Whether it's spotting a lion on the Serengeti or cheering for your favorite team at the Super Bowl, BelleVentures provides members with travel experiences unlike any other.
