Aventuras Club will be an exclusive private residence club consisting of three buildings, each in a distinct setting within the private Puerto Aventuras Community. The three locations are the marina, beachfront and lagoon, but all owners will have access to the same wonderful amenities of Puerto Aventuras.

The marina location will feature 19 villas and will put owners just steps away from two marinas that lead to the Caribbean Sea. It is next to a dolphin lagoon and will have fishing boats available.

The beach-front villas will consist of 14 residences that allow owners to walk out their doors to a private, sandy beach and enjoy sea kayaking or simply bask in the Caribbean sunshine.

The lagoon building will encompass 28 “Laguna” villas set on a private ocean inlet with access to a small private beach. Each villa will offer pristine ocean views.

Inside Puerto Aventuras, you’ll find a vacation lifestyle like no other that includes golf, dining, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, plenty of beachfront and more.

All residences will come fully-furnished with every detail taken care of so all you have to do is show up and enjoy every second of your vacation, time and time again.

Also, your ownership will offer more than just the opportunity to enjoy time in Puerto Aventuras. As part of Intrawest’s “Resort to Resort” exchange program, Aventuras Club owners will have access to 155 properties located in over 30 resort destinations around the world, including Jaco Beach in Costa Rica, Cabo San Lucas in Mexico and Mammoth in California.

Marina units are sized between 1,510 and 1,745 square feet and run from $52,600 to $130,000 for four-week fractions.

Laguna units are between 1,522 and 1,880 square feet and are priced from $58,900 to $117,100 for a four-week fraction

Construction is already well underway on the Laguna and Marina homes. The Laguna I units were completed in June 2007. The Marina units are projected to be complete by late 2008. The Beach residences do not have a completion date.
