Paraiso Bay is a to-be-built large, luxury condominium development with approximately 700 individual condo units. It will be situated on five acres, the biggest vacant lot available at Edgewater right on the water.
The development will consist of two towers of 55 stories each. Approximately 350 condos will be in each tower, with all residences facing east and west and having direct views of beautiful Biscayne Bay. A waterfront park offering walking trails and picnic areas will be part of the development.

Paraiso Bay will be located in Edgewater, an up-and-coming area in downtown Miami. This hot new district includes many shops, restaurants, cafes, and clubs. A park is adjacent to the property and features quiet areas and sculptures by well-known artists with water features in the bay.
Paraiso Bay is just minutes from exciting South Beach, downtown Miami, the Design District and a short drive to I-95.
The developer of Paraiso Bay is The Related Group, which has a three-decade-long history developing upscale residential projects, such as the nearby Icon Brickell, Icon Bay and SLS Hotel Brickell.
The architect for Paraiso Bay is Arquitectonica, is a world-class architecture firm based in Miami with over 30 years’ experience. Interior design is being done by United Design, London and landscape is by Enzo Enea, Zurich.
Construction on Paraiso Bay is expected to begin by the summer of 2014. It should be complete by the end of 2016.
Condos are being reserved now at preconstruction pricing with just 10% down. Available are a total of 350 bayfront one- to four-bedroom residences plus penthouses with oversized balconies. Prices range from $396,990 to $1,141,900.
